My wii does not connect to my nintendo wifi usb connector?

I just purchased the Wii Speak with Animal Crossing. I connected my nintendo wifi connector on my computer so I could download the Wii Speak Channel, but when I was connecting to the wifi can connect to the internet dijo''no (error code: 51340)''I tried to change my firewall off and re-install my wifi connection, but when I tried did not work.
