Can anyone help me with the option codes murderer in the classic arcade game Mortal Kombat 3 last?

In the game of Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 for Sega Genesis, there is a trap that can unlock a cheat menu code called murderer. In this menu there is a trick that says "Quick End-Off" and can be changed to fatalities-1, death-2, Animalities, Babalities, and friendships. I guess this makes possible a fatality or Babality etc very easily. Does anyone know what it actually does? And how? Thanks. The Sega's Genesis console
