Will the Apple Airport Extreme delay of game offer free HD streaming to my PS3, Xbox and PC?

I bought two years ago, and I go wireless with the new 360 in my apartment. I was wondering if you will provide superior service, or if I should buy a dual-band router and give my parents. I use a Wii, Xbox 360, PS3, and Macbook Pro I have a roommate who would be using the Internet as well.

The router uses not affect any delays you may experience network. Lag is related to the number of hops and congestion at each router between you and the remote host.
