Will I be able to acess Xbox Live in this resort if it has wireless internet?

Ok so heres the deal, in April im going to Florida with my friend and family for vacation. Of course we want to game at night and probably in the day on Xbox Live. On this link "http://www.fishville.com/club.html" in bold blue print it says wireless internet. But i do not have one of those wireless adapters nor do i have a laptop. Would i still be able to access Xbox Live with my modem and a phone outlet? If not would you recommend a different connection to use?
Note: I will be bringing down my modem and possibly my router if i need it.
Im probably not going to pay $100 for Xbox Live for a week for that adapter
