How could I connect a Xbox 360 to view on PC?

I am working on a project of sorts but need help with a step. I need to be able to view my 360 on my PC. Not monitor. I wish to be able to turn on my 360 and be able to see it on my monitor but be going through PC. This way I could use remote desktop to view it. Is there any female av cords that could connect to my PC to do the trick?
