Bad quality picture on my HD tv with my xbox 360?

I recently bought a 32inch full HD phlips tv. The picture quality was good at the start but became terrible a few days later. My xbox 360 was connected with a hdmi cable but there were white dots and lines in game and there were jagged lines everywhere. I bought a new 360 but I still have the same problem. Any advice?

As the other answerer asked - do other devices do this (do you have a BluRay for example)? It it likely either the TV itself or the HDMI cable. Did you try another cable? That would be my first guess.
